Delete your data

Docuro by Intistudio has no accounts and no servers that store your data. Everything the app creates lives on your device, so you are always in control of deleting it.

At a glance

  • No Docuro account exists, so there is no account to delete.
  • No personal data or file content is stored on any Docuro server.
  • Local app data is removed when you clear storage or uninstall the app.

Delete the files you created

Output files (PDFs and images) are saved in Download/Docuro on your device. To delete them:

  1. Open Docuro and go to My files, then delete the files you no longer need; or
  2. Open your device's Files app, go to Download → Docuro, and delete the files or the whole folder.

Files in Download/Docuro are kept after uninstalling, so you don't lose your documents by accident. Delete them separately if you want them gone.

Delete app data (history and settings)

  1. Open Android Settings → Apps → Docuro → Storage.
  2. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data). This removes recent history, settings and cached working files.

Uninstalling Docuro also deletes all of its private app data.

Emails you sent us

If you contacted us by email (for example, feedback with device details or a screenshot), you can ask us to delete those emails. Write to intistudio.support@gmail.com from the same address; we will delete them within 30 days and confirm by reply.
