Terms of Use

Effective date: 6 November 2026 · These terms apply to the Android app Docuro: PDF Scanner & Tools (“Docuro”) published by Intistudio.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Docuro you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

Intistudio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Docuro on Android devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

3. Your content

Your documents remain yours. Docuro processes them on your device and does not upload or claim any rights to them. You are responsible for having the right to scan, convert or modify the documents you use with the app, and for keeping backups of important files.

4. Pre-release software

The current version (v0.1) is distributed through Google Play closed testing. Features may change, be added or be removed. Features described as “coming soon” are not part of the current version and may never be released.

5. Third-party services

The document scanner relies on Google Play services and Google ML Kit, which are provided by Google under Google's own terms. Docuro is not responsible for the availability of these services on your device.

6. No warranty

Docuro is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that conversions will be perfect for every file.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intistudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

8. Termination

You can stop using Docuro at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing or updating the app at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
